You can pay for and collect your goods in a number of ways, which will be offered to you when you place your order.
1. Introductory provisions
The General Terms and Conditions shall govern the determination of the relationship and mutual rights and obligations between the Seller and the customers of the e-shop.

- Customer means any visitor to the Website who has placed a valid order or reservation request.
2. Placing an order and concluding a purchase contract
The customer orders the goods directly online using a form created for this purpose. An order delivered in this way constitutes a valid and binding offer to conclude a purchase contract, provided that it contains all the particulars required by the order form. The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the order to the Buyer without delay. The purchase contract shall be concluded when the Seller confirms the order and such order confirmation is delivered to the Buyer.
The Seller reserves the right not to confirm the order or part of the order or to refuse the confirmed order or part of the order in the following cases: the goods are no longer manufactured or delivered or there has been a significant change in the price of the supplier. In such a situation, the Seller will contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the next steps. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount shall be refunded to the buyer's account within 10 working days, but no later than 30 days after the order has been disconfirmed or withdrawn.
The Seller also reserves the right to refuse an order from a Buyer who has failed to pay duly and on time for the goods ordered. By sending the order, the Buyer confirms that he has read and accepts these conditions. The Buyer shall be sufficiently informed of these conditions prior to the actual execution of the order and shall have the opportunity to consult them via the online form. These terms and conditions of business shall form an integral part of the concluded purchase contract.

3. Complaints
In the event of complaints, the seller is guided by the applicable consumer protection legislation.
In cases where the goods are defective, in particular if the buyer has received damaged goods or goods that are different from those ordered, the buyer has the right to complain about these discrepancies.
The buyer may complain about the goods if they are contrary to the purchase contract at the time of receipt and in the event of a defect which is contrary to the purchase contract within the statutory period of 24 hours after receipt of the goods.If the goods are not in conformity with the purchase contract when received by the buyer, in particular if the goods are defective or faulty, the buyer is entitled to apply for a refund, replacement, for more information on this please see HERE.
The buyer also has the right to complain about defects in the goods, which will be reflected in the statutory warranty period of 6-24 months. The warranty does not cover wear and tear caused by normal use.
4.Final provisions
These General Terms and Conditions come into force on 22 February 2022.The latest version of these Terms and Conditions is always available in our e-shop. .
By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he/she has read and accepts these General Terms and Conditions.
Unless otherwise provided for in these General Terms and Conditions, the rights and obligations of the Participants shall be governed by the relevant provisions of the generally binding rules in force in the Republic of Lithuania.
