PlanktonPlus starter bacteria is a specially developed mixture of bacteria that accelerates and perfects the start and maintenance of saltwater and freshwater aquariums.

PlanktonPlus starter bacteria safely removes ammonium, ammonia and nitrite through a biological process (nitrification). The highly concentrated bacterial mixture is ideal for restarting aquariums and when changing the water to prevent an increase in toxic ammonium / ammonia / nitrite.

DOSAGE:

Running in the aquarium / start:
Daily 10 ml to 100 liters of aquarium water until neither ammonium nor ammonia or nitrite can be measured.

Water change aquarium or new fish for aquarium:
Once 10 ml to 100 liters of aquarium water with each water change or stocking with new fish.

TIPS:

• A sufficient carbonate hardness (KH 8.0) accelerates the nitrification process
• Additionally dose PlanktonPlus Bakto-Mix for the optimal start and long-term care.
• Store in the refrigerator after opening.
• Turn off ozone and UV light for 12-24 hours during application.
